We provide a variety of behavioral options for pet owners, including puppy training for dogs under a year old and individualized counseling sessions for older pets.
Our puppy classes are 4 week sessions designed around the needs of the individuals in the class. We may discuss issues such as obedience, crate training, parasite prevention, training techniques, and more. The first session is designed to set the tone and subject matter for the remainder of the course.
Our individualized sessions are often prescribed by our veterinarians based on a patient’s need. We will run diagnostics first to determine if there is an underlying medical condition that needs to be addressed. Following this, we will discuss training options, behavioral modification techniques, and causes of behavioral issues.
Our diagnostic services include X-rays, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory, which allow us to examine your pet internally. Our ultrasound services are used to detect a variety of conditions, including foreign bodies, urinary bladder issues, pregnancy, and cancer. We also utilize various local and national labs for processing some test results, as needed.
In addition to ultrasound services for pregnancy, our reproductive services include:
We provide emergency services during business hours.
Microchipping is very important in the event of separation from your pet. We use the Avid Microchip, which is recognized nationally and internationally. We can provide the information you need to register your microchip.
